PLANNED NON OPERATION (PNO)

If you plan to store and not operate your vehicle during the next renewal year you may apply for the Planned Non-Operation option (PNO) We can help you file it at one of our locations.
The PNO filing fee may be paid up to 60 days prior to the expiration date without late fees. If you file up to 90 days after the expiration date, you will be liable for late fees on the full registration amount.
If at any time the vehicle is operated or parked where it may be subject to citation, then full registration fees and penalties for that year become due.

Power of Attorney

An acknowledgement is used to verify the identity of the signer and to confirm that they signed the document. They are not swearing to the truthfulness or validity of the document, they are simply acknowledging that they signed the document. These are the most common documents notarized.
